Abstract
In 2005, Evo Morales won presidential election in Bolivia. During his governing, in spite of various negative internal and external tendencies, the national economy has demonstrated record growth rates for the last 30 years. It became possible, in the first place, owing to the fact that the State took over the control of gas production. At that, social state expenses increased insignificantly.
