Abstract
The Article proposes the creation of a new, complex method of forecasting and fair management of the global crises, based on the civilizational and cultural approaches (including those of the Russian and Latin American civilizations). Newly presented there is a possibility to more coherently reveal the nuances of the national ways of thinking by pulling up to the current analysis the most prominent examples of the national artistic and literature works.
