Abstract

A meeting with the Secretary of State for Iberoamerica of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Spain took place in the Institute of Latin America of the Russian Academy for Science on the 18th of November, 2009. The lecturer in his speech estimated the situation in the region, as well as described the position of his country concerning the most important problems of the foreign policy regarding Latin America countries.
