Abstract
Economic and political features of BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia India, China, South Africa) become new factors in development of global economy and the international relations of the XXI-st century and can become dominating economic systems by year 2050. Russia actively develops foreign economic relations with China, India, Brazil, and subjects of federation on the example of the Novosibirsk region present an important component in this economic cooperation.
